This position is based within the Field Operations department and reports to the Project Management team. You will lead daily installation activities, coordinate onsite personnel, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day onsite installation activities for conveyor and automation projects.Coordinate technicians, contractors, and project teams.Monitor project progress and provide status updates.Ensure compliance with safety requirements and project standards.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues.Act as the primary point of contact for field operations.


Requirements:

Requirements:

What you'll do

Confer with sales engineers, project managers, customers, and others to discuss and understand project specifications, scope and design requirements.

Prepare detailed drawing sets consisting of power feed calculations, 480-volt power schematics, 120-volt control schematics, I/O drawings, field device layouts, PLC layout/design, panel layout/design, and other drawings required to implement the project scope as per contract requirements and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.

Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.

Inspect, audit and test completed motor control panels for overall sound construction and compliance with all design standards and specifications.

Requirements:

About the Role

Create flexible maintenance plans aligned to production demands

Allocate work to engineering specialists and manage performance feedback

Identify training needs and develop team capability plans

Manage spare parts stock levels to support operational continuity while controlling cost

Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to work for manufacturing company based in Wembley, London, NW10. This position is well-suited to a person who is ideally having Mechanical assembly experience.

Position is temp to perm for right candidates.

Shift Timings: 08:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Location : London, NW10

Pay Rate : £13.50 - £15 per hour

Responsibilities:

Duties will include mechanical assembly and fitting of parts and components, following drawings and using a variety of hand and power toolsGood Knowledge of hand power tools will be advantageousCandidates must have previous mechanical assembly experienceWe need someone who can use different type of toolsMaintaining general cleanliness, and tidiness of the production area.
