Customer Services Advisor
📍 Location: Sutton Business Park, Reading, RG6
💼 Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm
💰 Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

We are seeking a proactive Customer Services Advisor to support our global client base from our Reading office. This role combines customer service, technical support, and logistics, offering a hands-on opportunity to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical enquiries from international clients
  • Manage warranty claims and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate stock in the warranty warehouse
  • Oversee outsourced repairs and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Attend installations, exhibitions, and team meetings as required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service and logistics (import/export essential)
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Minimum of GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 4 or above)
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and results-driven
