They have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team. This position is well-suited to a proactive and analytical person who is looking to take ownership of maintenance reliability projects while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is based in the Maintenance & Engineering department and reports to the Maintenance/Operations Leadership team. You will diagnose and resolve technical faults, improve reliability processes, and help implement standardized maintenance frameworks across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in automated warehouse systems.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Analyze recurring breakdowns and identify root causes.
* Implement reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support and coach less experienced technicians.
* Collaborate with suppliers and operations teams to reduce downtime.
Requirements:
* Technical diploma (MBO Level 3 or equivalent).
* 2-5 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
* Experience with sensors, SCADA, CMMS, ICS, or similar systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Experience in automation, logistics, or manufacturing is advantageous.
