* €80,000-€85,000 gross per year (depending on experience).

* Benelux (Remote-based with regular customer site visits).

The company specialises in the robotics & warehouse automation industry, and is a fast-growing organisation operating at the forefront of intelligent intralogistics systems for major retail and e-commerce clients and delivering high-performance automation solutions across global warehouse operations. They have an exciting opportunity for a Service Account Manager to join their team. This position is well-suited to a structured, customer-focused person who is looking to manage complex technical service operations and long-term maintenance contracts within advanced automation environments. This position is based in the Maintenance / Service Operations department and answers to the Head of Service Operations. You will manage maintenance contracts end-to-end, ensure strong customer relationships through KPI and performance tracking, and coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure optimal system reliability and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Manage maintenance contracts including setup, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, and service performance tracking.

* Act as primary customer contact for service delivery, KPIs, and contract-related matters.

* Coordinate supplier and subcontractor performance across installed automation systems.

* Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of system reliability.

Requirements:

* Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent (Master's level preferred).

* Experience in contract engineering, service engineering, or technical account management.

* Strong analytical skills for maintenance and performance data.

* Knowledge of automation systems including electronics and mechanics.

* Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
