We are looking to hire a graduate recruitment consultant to work within our Staines office. We have an exciting opportunities in our Automation and Manufacturing divisions. You will join on a graduate recruitment consultant programme - learning all the fundamentals to set you up for success.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be responsible for;

  • Actively working with our top talent candidates to help source them a new role
  • Tracking new sales opportunities within a target area
  • Working closely with wider team to create new opportunities for existing candidates
  • Sourcing new customer contacts to generate new sales opportunities


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • A people-person, happy to be talking all day and working closely with customers
  • Confident and keen to take on challenges outside of your comfort zone
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
