Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing and supportive team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, manufacturing, or technical sales support to develop their estimating skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales and production teams by preparing accurate quotes, coordinating procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist with sales quotations and pricing for customer enquiries

  • Procure materials and liaise with suppliers to meet project specifications

  • Produce and update cutting lists and fabrication sketches for production

  • Maintain and organise job-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with CE marking requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the yard team and production staff

  • Contribute to overall team efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Some experience in estimating, sales support, or technical coordination (ideally in engineering or manufacturing)

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and CAD

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
