Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of proposals and estimates in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Review customer RFQs and specifications to select appropriate products.
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations for products and services.
* Interact directly with customers to develop tailored product solutions.
* Estimate costs for non-standard products and services.
* Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals and quotations as assigned.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a related role, particularly in estimating or product management.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP/CRM software.
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with algebra, trigonometry, and geometry for engineering calculations.
