Project Manager
Project Manager
We are seeking highly motivated Project Manager to join our client`s growing PMO team. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering critical industrial and cross-functional projects that support the successful launch and scale-up of the Gigafactory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across engineering, procurement, operations, and supply chain.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with company strategy.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a point of coordination between internal and external partners.
- Contribute to building a strong project management culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Project Manager in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; Italian proficiency - nice to have
