We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. Immediate start are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble mechanical parts and components in accordance with specifications and instructions.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet the required standards.
  • Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively during the production process
  • Basic metal fabrication (training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised working environment.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Report any quality issues, defects, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or production environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to confidently use basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Additional Information

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm / 12.00pm-8.00pm alternating weekly
  • Start: Immediate starts available for suitable candidate
  • Pay: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour PAYE.
