The Client:
Our client is a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse automation solutions, delivering highly engineered, end-to-end systems across ASRS, shuttle systems, robotics, software and integrated material handling technologies.

With a strong global footprint and established presence across Asia, the business partners with major Tier 1 organisations across retail, eCommerce, FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors.

Due to continued growth and investment in Indonesia, they are now seeking a Head of Sales - Indonesia to be based in Jakarta, leading commercial performance, business growth and strategic customer engagement across the Indonesian market.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive sales performance, revenue growth, gross margin, order intake and key commercial KPIs across Indonesia.
* Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand market share and drive sustainable growth.
* Lead new business acquisition efforts, with a strong focus on winning warehouse automation and logistics solutions projects.
* Build, develop and mentor a high-performing sales organisation while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders across the Indonesian market.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, project delivery, finance, HR and regional leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and business performance.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning initiatives to achieve country growth objectives.
* Act as a key leader within the Indonesia business, with the opportunity to progress into broader Country Manager responsibilities over time.

About You:
You are a commercially astute and highly driven leader who enjoys operating in complex solution-selling environments and motivating teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

You Have:
* Proven leadership experience within warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, supply chain technology, industrial equipment or related industries.
* Demonstrated success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth against targets and budgets.
* Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, customer landscape and business environment.
* Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and high-value capital equipment or automation projects.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and executive stakeholder management capability.
* Experience operating within regional or matrix organisations.
* The ability to influence and engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
* A degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with ambitions to grow into broader country leadership responsibilities.
