The client specialises in the automation and material handling systems industry, and is known for delivering innovative controls solutions and working on large-scale engineering projects across advanced manufacturing and logistics environments. They have an exciting opportunity for a Controls Project Manager II to join their team. This position is well-suited to a highly organised and technically driven person who is looking to lead complex automation projects and grow within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities:
* Manage medium to large-scale controls projects from design through implementation.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Create RFQ/RFP documentation for Electrical Installation Contractors and Controls Engineering services.
* Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and subcontractors.
* Monitor contractual risks, stakeholder requirements, and TGW quality standards.
* Support testing plans and project execution alongside Program Managers and Functional Project Managers.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
* 2-4 years of project management experience within automation, controls, or engineering environments.
* Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and automation engineering principles.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working through full design-to-production project lifecycles.
* Willingness to travel extensively and obtain OSHA 30 Certification.
